三星電子的工會官員週二表示，工會將在7月8日至10日期間進行罷工，以加大對該國最強大企業集團的工業行動。
該官員通過電話告訴路透社，工會正在確定將有多少工會成員參與此次罷工。
工會領袖Son Woo-mok週一晚些時候表示，工會希望公司提供更透明的獎金和休假制度，並要求公司將工會視爲平等的合作伙伴。
三星對此次罷工計劃未予置評。
自2020年三星承諾結束其阻止工會組織發展的做法以來，工會會員數量迅速增加。
專家表示，這次罷工對這家芯片巨頭業務的潛在影響將取決於參與罷工的半導體生產線工人數量。據專家稱，這家全球最大的存儲芯片製造商的大部分生產線已經實現了自動化。
上個月，工會曾使用年假進行了一次罷工，這是其首次行動。當時，三星表示這對生產和業務活動沒有影響。
