What is the ChiNext Market?
The ChiNext Market is a trading segment of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, established to provide financing channels for emerging high-tech companies, supporting technological innovation and industrial upgrades.
Listing Requirements for ChiNext Market:
- The issuer must be a legally established and continuously operating joint-stock company for at least three years (a limited company that has been converted into a joint-stock company can count this period consecutively).
- The company's total share capital must be no less than 30 million yuan; publicly issued shares must account for at least 25% of the company's total shares; for companies with a total share capital of over 400 million yuan, the proportion of publicly issued shares must be at least 10%.
- The company must have no major illegal activities in the past three years, and its financial and accounting reports must not contain false records.
Trading Rules for ChiNext Market:
- The maximum fluctuation limit is 20%;
- Implementation of after-hours pricing trades;
- "Price cage" during continuous auction periods;
- Setting a maximum number of shares per trade order;
- Activation of ChiNext trading permissions.
