1. Clear Street Expands Its Trading Operations in Canada

Clear Street LLC, an independent brokerage based in New York, is now offering its products and services in Canada through Clear Street Canada Inc. Clear Street Canada is a regulated entity headquartered in Toronto, providing services to clients across Canada (except Quebec). It is a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF).

2. BGC Financial Pays $200,000 to Settle with FINRA

Since July 1987, BGC has been a member of FINRA. The brokerage BGC Financial, L.P. (referred to as BGC) has agreed to pay a $200,000 fine and accept a sanction to settle a regulatory system failure issue with the United States Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

3. Warning Issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) Against Unlicensed Entity BBFX

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) is alerting the public that BBFX (https://www.bison-bb.net) is neither a company registered in Malta nor licensed or otherwise authorized by the MFSA, and thus, unable to provide any investment services or other financial services that require licensing or other authorization under Maltese law.
