The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that SCSS Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of ROOSH VENTURES RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund ('RAIF') with registration number RAIF18), has informed CySEC, in accordance with Article 138(7) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018, about the decision to dissolve ROOSH VENTURES CAPITAL FUND II.
In light of the above, as per the provisions of Article 138(7) of the law, the RAIF is to proceed with its dissolution and liquidation. CySEC has recorded this fact in the RAIF register.
According to Article 138(9) of the law, once the RAIF completes the dissolution and liquidation process and submits all necessary documents to CySEC, it will be deleted from the RAIF register.
