据报道，瑞银集团的一位高级主管在周二表示，瑞银集团和瑞士信贷的瑞士部门合并可能最早于7月1日完成。
去年，瑞银集团在瑞士信贷倒闭后收购了这家前竞争对手，之前曾表示两家公司的瑞士部门将在第三季度合并。
瑞银集团瑞士分部总裁萨宾·凯勒-布塞在接受《新苏黎世报》采访时表示，合并计划进展“非常顺利”。
“合并可能在2024年7月1日完成，”她说道。
凯勒-布塞还表示，客户将在2025年开始转移到瑞银的IT系统。
瑞银集团和瑞士信贷的母公司合并已在上月底完成。
瑞银集团吸收瑞士信贷后，瑞士只剩下一家全球性银行，其资产负债表约为瑞士年经济产出的两倍。
瑞银集团在整合长期竞争对手方面的进展将是衡量这笔交易成功与否的关键标准。
凯勒-布塞重申，由于整体合并，瑞士将有3000人失业。当被问及她是否希望接替预计在未来三年左右离职的瑞银集团CEO塞尔吉奥·埃尔莫蒂时，她被认为是潜在的候选人之一。
