1. Eurex to Launch Daily Options on the EURO STOXX 50 Index

The European Futures Exchange (Eurex) is set to introduce daily options based on the EURO STOXX 50 index. These new options will expire within the next five trading days, unlike the existing EURO STOXX 50 index options (OESX), which are currently settled at “end-of-day”, using the index’s closing price at 17:30 CET as a benchmark. This differs from the listed OESX that expire intraday at 12:00 CET.
